About
Software built for one real shop.
Then the next.
Grooma isn't a faceless SaaS. It's built in Nepal, for the barbershop down the road, one careful go-live at a time. No fake metrics, no invented numbers, just a product that keeps its word.

The barber's floor, digitized.
Grooma started from a simple observation: a barbershop's schedule lives in one person's head, and the moment that person is busy, booking is a phone call and a hope. So the product was built to make availability honest, keep the shop the brand, and never get in the way of a haircut.
It is built Nepal-first: English and नेपाली, Bikram Sambat dates, prices in NPR, and an app that keeps working on patchy data. The default language is the one the customer really thinks in.
The maker
Arun Neupane
CTO & Lead Architect, Sajilo Digital Pvt. Ltd., building products out of Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal. Grooma is hand-built and personally onboarded, one shop at a time, so every go-live works before anyone is asked to pay.
One shop at a time
Each go-live is individual, not a self-serve funnel. A real shop is set up properly before a stranger signs up on their own.
The shop is the brand
Customers see your name, your colours, your look. Grooma is the plumbing underneath, deliberately invisible.
Honest by default
Availability is computed from your real hours and bookings, never presented as a guess. The product refuses to lie to a customer.
Questions worth asking before you book us.
Short answers, no fine print hidden behind a support ticket. If something's not here, ask directly.
What is Grooma?
Grooma is booking and shop-management software for barbershops. It gives customers a booking page while the owner keeps full control of services, barbers, hours and breaks. Everything is guest-friendly: customers never need an account.
How much does Grooma cost?
One transparent plan per shop. There are no per-booking fees and no forced contracts. Contact the maker directly to go live: arunneupane0000@gmail.com or WhatsApp +977 9811420975.
Does Grooma prevent double-bookings?
Yes. Availability comes from your real hours, breaks, closures and existing appointments, and a slot is settled the moment it is booked. Two customers can never be told the same time is theirs, even when bookings arrive at the same moment.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. Customers book as guests, in a few taps, with no sign-up. Your shop and your brand stay the product the customer sees.
Does Grooma work in Nepal?
Grooma is built Nepal-first: it works in English and नेपाली, shows Bikram Sambat dates, uses 12-hour times, and works offline as a PWA for patchy data connections. Pricing is shown in Nepalese Rupees by default.
Where is Grooma built and who makes it?
Grooma is built in Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal, by Arun Neupane, lead architect at Sajilo Digital Pvt. Ltd. The first live shop is onboarded personally before a customer is asked to self-serve.
