03Availability isn't a guess

Grooma doesn't show a slot because it looks available.

It calculates whether the appointment can actually happen, around your hours, your breaks, your closures, and the chairs that are already full.

09What Grooma guarantees

Promises we can back up.

Not marketing fluff. These are the things Grooma is built around, so you never have to wonder if a booking is real.

No double-bookings01

A chair can never be booked twice

Two people can't get the same chair at the same time, even when bookings arrive at the same moment. It's a guarantee, not a hope.

Honest availability02

What customers see is what's real

Slots come from your hours, your breaks, your closures and who's already booked. If it's shown, it's open.

Private by design03

Your shop's data is yours alone

Your appointments, your customers, your schedule. Kept private, and never shared or resold.

Works everywhere04

Runs on patchy data, stays available

An installable mobile app that keeps working offline, plus reminders by email and push. The shop never stops taking bookings.

FAQStraight answers

Questions worth asking before you book us.

Short answers, no fine print hidden behind a support ticket. If something's not here, ask directly.

What is Grooma?

Grooma is booking and shop-management software for barbershops. It gives customers a booking page while the owner keeps full control of services, barbers, hours and breaks. Everything is guest-friendly: customers never need an account.

How much does Grooma cost?

One transparent plan per shop. There are no per-booking fees and no forced contracts. Contact the maker directly to go live: arunneupane0000@gmail.com or WhatsApp +977 9811420975.

Does Grooma prevent double-bookings?

Yes. Availability comes from your real hours, breaks, closures and existing appointments, and a slot is settled the moment it is booked. Two customers can never be told the same time is theirs, even when bookings arrive at the same moment.

Do my customers need an account to book?

No. Customers book as guests, in a few taps, with no sign-up. Your shop and your brand stay the product the customer sees.

Does Grooma work in Nepal?

Grooma is built Nepal-first: it works in English and नेपाली, shows Bikram Sambat dates, uses 12-hour times, and works offline as a PWA for patchy data connections. Pricing is shown in Nepalese Rupees by default.

Where is Grooma built and who makes it?

Grooma is built in Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal, by Arun Neupane, lead architect at Sajilo Digital Pvt. Ltd. The first live shop is onboarded personally before a customer is asked to self-serve.
